Financial Planning Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decisions.
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Summarize complex results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning, long-term financial modeling efforts, and monthly financial close processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenging assumptions and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
