Job Description

As a Senior Client Insights Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

This role is newly created, reflecting an evolving focus on AI-assisted insight delivery, proactive scenario modeling, and cloud-first analytical architecture. You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Presents findings directly to client stakeholders in recurring forums and bespoke sessions.
  • Translates data into compelling narratives, offering recommendations rooted in behavioral trends and financial performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work.
