About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, improve client engagement, and increase market share.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure efficient market coverage and product distribution.
  • Collaborate with relationship management and branch partners to create strong client relationships and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop sales and marketing activities to capitalize on them.
  • Supervise and guide sales professionals to ensure initiatives align with plans and strategies, and support their career progression.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any business course.
  • 2 years of Sales and/or Cash Management background from a preferred bank.
