Job Title: Market Director

The Market Director will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to establish BPI as the preferred business partner for corporate and business banking clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales Team: Collaborate with relationship managers and branch partners to ensure efficient market coverage and product distribution, driving market share growth.
  • Supervise and Guide Sales Professionals: Ensure initiatives align with plans and strategies, supporting their career development.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Develop sales and marketing activities to improve client engagement and market traction.
  • Support Product Development: Provide feedback to the product group, pilot new services, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage Assigned Market: Monitor progress in marketing initiatives, ensuring product growth.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Lead Special Projects: As assigned by leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In any business field.
  • Sales and Cash Management Background: 2 years of experience from a preferred organization.
