Marketing Campaign Lead Position

This role oversees the development and implementation of top-line marketing plans, sets goals and shapes the overall strategy for various campaigns.

  • Re-evaluate campaign performance data to inform adjustments or innovation in campaign concepts.
  • Create and present reports to senior management.
  • Lead team members to achieve high standards of performance, adhering to company values at all times.
  • Promote continuous optimization within their marketing function and team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Planning, Business Development, Operations and Product Management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, has 8 years of experience with people management, preferably in fintech or e-commerce marketing. They must possess analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, adaptability in fast-paced environments, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to critical thinking. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity and accountability for their work.
