  3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts by promoting our services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  4. Brand Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness and promote our services within the community and healthcare networks.
  5. Operational Support and Collaboration: Work closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, identify areas for improvement, and ensure business objectives align with operational capabilities.

The Successful Candidate

  1. Background: Must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in business development, willing to work as an individual contributor.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and familiarity with regulations, reimbursement models, and trends in renal care.
  3. Proven Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, negotiations, and closing partnerships within the healthcare or medical field.
  4. Relationship-Building Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
  5. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to expand market share and increase service utilization.
  6. Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change in a collaborative manner.
