Job Opportunity

The Field Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of mobile machinery nationwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or upgrades), troubleshooting, and repair of mobile equipment.
  • Delivering operator training and commissioning on new or used machinery sold to customers.
  • Preparing detailed field service reports and providing recommendations for parts and maintenance to customers.

In addition, the Field Service Technician will:

  • Accurately complete required reports and documentation.
  • Attend regular service trainings to enhance technical expertise.
  • Maintain company assets properly and adhere to safety protocols on premises.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Strong English communication skills, computer literacy, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work overtime as required and travel extensively throughout the country.
