Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical expert to fill the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer. This individual will play a crucial part in shaping the developer experience by serving as the primary point of contact for mobile-related issues.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reproducing, debugging, and escalating mobile-specific issues in partnership with engineering and product teams.
  • They will serve as a technical expert and initial escalation point for iOS and Android SDKs.
  • Key responsibilities include working directly with mobile developers to troubleshoot integration problems, sharing implementation best practices, and investigating crashes, performance issues, and unexpected app behavior related to the Ditto SDK.
  • Additionally, this role involves responding to live escalations and production incidents, coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • A 24/7 on-call rotation is also required to support critical customer needs.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to communicate incident status and contribute to root cause analyses.
  • The ideal candidate will also build tooling and automation to streamline mobile debugging and improve developer workflows.
  • Finally, they will utilize AI and internal tools to create self-service support experiences for routine SDK-related issues.
