Key Responsibilities

This role involves working at the forefront of AI risk management and governance, ensuring responsible AI practices across the organization.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with AI technologies, including ethical and legal implications
  • Developing guidelines and training programs on responsible AI principles and practices
  • Coordinating tooling development to support responsible AI testing, validation, and monitoring
  • Managing AI incidents and facilitating resolution, reporting, and documentation
  • Staying informed on the latest advancements in responsible AI and providing thought leadership to the organization
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in AI development, with a strong understanding of machine learning principles and emerging technologies
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Security or Compliance, preferably with exposure to AI-related governance
  • Demonstrated passion for the ethical and legal implications of AI technologies, including responsible innovation and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification/s

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or related field
