Risk Management Specialist
Our organization is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing the bank's credit risk portfolio and developing analytical models to assess potential risks. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and recommending metrics for senior management and the board of directors to understand credit risk evolution and its relationship with the business environment.
  • Performing quality assurance checks and reconciliations of relevant data from various sources.
  • Developing and applying analytical models and tools to assess the impact of expectations and scenarios on the bank's credit risks.
  • Interpreting regulatory and internal policies relevant to portfolio credit risk management and implementing process adjustments accordingly.
  • Liaising with business units, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance portfolio credit risk management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of statistical and quantitative modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with banking credit operations and international credit risk guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
