Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and driven Community Development Specialist to build and grow an active, engaged community of digital marketers from the ground up. If you have experience scaling online communities and leading community efforts across multiple platforms, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers to foster meaningful growth and engagement in the community.
  • Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and amplify user-generated content to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
  • Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a high-quality experience for all members.
  • Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, terminology, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
