Job Title

A digital marketing coordinator role has opened up at our company.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our strategy team and support sales efforts by preparing sales materials, conducting market research, and ensuring the sales and customer success teams have what they need.

Responsibilities
  • Create polished sales documents, proposals, and presentations showcasing our services.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales opportunities and campaign planning.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales, customer success, and strategy teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help track and report on sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Digital marketing coursework or certifications are a plus, but not required.

Relevant Experience: Marketing Support / Coordinator Roles, Sales or Business Development Support, Customer Support or Account Coordination, Internships at Marketing Agencies, Project Coordination, Foundational knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid advertising, social media, content, etc.), Strong written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized with strong attention to detail, Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Willingness to learn and grow into future roles.
