Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Digital Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items
  • Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients on behalf of the Director
  • Organize digital files, reports, and presentations
  • Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
