Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and general ledgers, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain the General Ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately in the system.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Lead or assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance.
  • Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A degree in Accounting.
  • Experience with GLs.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong organization and communication skills.

Work Environment:
