Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing various accounting-related functions including tax returns preparation, bookkeeping, research, reconciliation, and budgeting.

Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality accounting services to our clients while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.

You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field
  • Proficient in tax and accounting software/tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, CCH Access/ProFX Tax, Intelliconnect Tax Research, Intelliforms, Tax Tools, CFS Payroll, Practice Management Time Entry, Accounting Research, PFX Tax Planning, Proseries Tax Planner, CCH Engagement External Bookkeeper
  • Licensed as a certified public accountant is a plus
  • Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
