Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Debt Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. This is a results-driven position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of debt collection laws and practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in collections or a similar contact center role, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong conflict resolution skills, the ability to remain professional under pressure, and familiarity with debt collection laws and practices.

Critical Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets and quality standards
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education an advantage
  • 1–2 years of experience in collections or a similar role
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices
