We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our design team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in commercial interiors or office furniture, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation & Procurement: Manage quotes from top U.S. office furniture brands, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain relationships with vendor reps.
  • Project Documentation & Admin: Maintain organized project files, create timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Material Takeoffs & Procurement Support: Assist designers with accurate takeoffs, verify specifications, and minimize waste and procurement errors.
  • Vendor, Client & Internal Coordination: Liaise with product availability, lead times, and deliveries, and coordinate across clients and internal teams.
  • Logistics & Project Execution: Support scheduling and coordination of installations, deliveries, and site visits, and identify potential delays early.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably within a commercial interior design firm or office furniture dealership.
  • Familiarity with notable US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data management, and familiarity with project management software.
  • Strong mathematical skills, particularly for accurate measurements, quantities, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

This is a 100% remote position designed for someone with strong administrative and logistical skills, ready to make a significant impact. You will be instrumental in supporting commercial office furniture projects for a top-tier distributor, representing brands like Steelcase, Herman Miller/MillerKnoll, Kimball, and Haworth.
