We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Virtual Assistant.

About the Job

This position involves providing administrative support to clients and teams, including transcription, call preparation, schedule coordination, report management, and virtual file management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong command of the English language.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for listening to live or recorded calls and taking notes on key points discussed.
  • Prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed, ensuring participants have the necessary information.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
  • Manage reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing email correspondence and calendar appointments.
