Job Description:

A Financial Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy of compensation programs.

This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.

Key qualifications include creating complex spreadsheets, maintaining attention to detail, engaging with senior leaders, and clear communication skills.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience, is required. A minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role is also necessary.
