You will support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for employees.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

HR Administration

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
