About the Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as an HR Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Resources, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our HR operations.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Cordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in our HRIS to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the HR Confluence space and Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations
  • Triage tickets within 24 hours, providing timely responses to employee inquiries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
