Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
