
Employee Experience Coordinator

The ideal candidate will deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone. They will support employee questions and inquiries, providing high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is advantageous.
