Global Supply Chain Specialist

This is a mid-level position for an experienced Order Management & Supply Chain professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving global order execution and supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the order lifecycle process from intake to delivery confirmation, including purchase order handling and inventory tracking.
- Own purchase order lifecycle reporting, publishing trackers and analyzing deviations between estimates and actuals.
- Resolve master data management issues and escalate exceptions as required.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners for rack manufacturing and staging orders.
- Prepare weekly reports on inventory health, purchase order status, stock-to-order, and open issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.
- Strong experience with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Hands-on knowledge of purchase order management, return merchandise authorization processes, and inventory tracking.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
Able to work in a cross-functional, global, customer-facing environment.
