Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our global supply planning activities as a Supply Chain Coordinator. This role will focus on developing mid-term supply and production plans for cyanide and emulsifiers.

  • The ideal candidate will coordinate and support supply planning for relevant manufacturing plants, ensuring the right level of stock in the right locations and eliminating redundancies in the system.
  • This role requires collaboration with the Supply Chain team to drive inventory targets and communicate market place activities with production priorities.
  • The successful candidate will balance the supply master plan to optimize manufacturing capacity and reduce costs.
  • A key aspect of this position is participating in weekly/monthly communication with stakeholders on supply plans and supporting responses to escalated issues or situations at plant or delivery domain.
  • The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of all Planning related Master Data objects and effectively capturing and communicating delivery and manufacturing data to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning initiatives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track performance and measure success.
