The Supply Chain Specialist has the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a purchase plan program with moving sales forecast and demand activities.
  • Planning and optimizing warehouse space allotment with products properly stocked on designated locations.
  • Conduct a regular inventory count and reconciliation of stocks.
  • Develop and promote continuous improvement optimizing supply chain to achieve efficiency.
  • Ensure prompt fulfilment of orders taking into account FIFO (First In/First Out) with shelf life and properly record it in the company's data system.
  • Maintain a lean inventory by proper planning, organizing and ordering of new stocks.
  • Ensuring appropriate process is employed for material preservation.
  • Handles coordination, documentation and tracking of all incoming and/or outgoing shipment of products at a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.
  • Proper document management.
  • Support and process procurement requirements.
  • To take care of HR/manpower/associates related activities in coordination with group HR.
  • To assist in the administrative requirements as required by the business.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Job Specifications :

  • College graduate
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management and demand planning
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and data driven approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skill
  • Willing to work in Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
