Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive process standardization and digitalization across our global supply chains. As a 4PL Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for independently handling daily documentation tasks, interacting with internal stakeholders, and driving end-to-end process standardization and digitalization.

You will work closely with functional product owners to define and establish best-in-class processes, enabling our people to connect and simplify global supply chains. Additionally, you will collaborate with platform product owners to design and enhance the modern way of working through tech-based solutions on our platforms.

Your role will involve identifying training needs and supporting requirements, engaging with area and GSC stakeholders, and providing feedback to HR/LnD teams to arrange trainings and improve capabilities in lead logistics organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive process standardization to support transformation and performance delivery objectives
  • Independently handle daily documentation tasks in line with client/internal operating procedures
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and resolve process-related issues
  • Drive end-to-end process standardization & digitalization for products across platforms/applications
  • Work closely with functional/product owners to define/establish best-in-class processes
  • Collaborate with platform/product owners to design/enhance modern way of working
  • Identify training needs/support requirements, engage with stakeholders, and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills (process mapping, minutes of meeting, internal operating systems)
  • Ability to work in matrix organization and influence decision-makers
  • Experience in customer onboarding/implementation, preferably in application/systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good change management skills
  • Strong ownership/result orientation, able to drive results through others
  • Self-learning skills and proactivity to learn from others
  • Ability to make good use of technology to gather/analyze/visualize data
  • Good time management
  • Project management skills

Preferred Educational Background/Work Experience:

  • 3 years and above experience with logistics, preferably in process and systems
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
  • Experience with setting up or rolling out 4PL/Supply Chain Management application/systems
  • Experience with 4PL and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination
  • Have worked in various geographies and/or managed scope spanning across multiple countries
