Global Process Owner, Supply Planning
Role Overview:
The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Supply Planning is a strategic leader who will own the end-to-end design and standardization of all supply planning processes across our global operations. You will be the architect of our global planning strategy, driving excellence in production planning, inventory management, and network optimization. This role is crucial for ensuring our supply chain is agile, efficient, and aligned with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership: Define, design, and implement a world-class global supply planning process, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop the strategic roadmap for supply planning and establish global governance models, policies, and standards.
- Systems & Technology: Champion the adoption of advanced planning systems and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory.
- Collaboration: Partner with demand planning, sales, and manufacturing teams to seamlessly integrate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process
health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, with deep expertise in supply planning within a consumer goods or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in a global or multi-national setting, successfully leading large-scale process transformation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills

Global Process Owner, Warehouse & Logistics
Role Overview:
The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Warehouse & Logistics will be the global authority for all warehousing, distribution, and logistics processes. You will be responsible for standardizing our global warehouse operations, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. This role will lead the charge in modernizing our distribution network through process excellence and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership: Design and standardize best-in-class global warehousing and logistics processes, including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop a global strategy for warehousing and logistics, ensuring all operations adhere to a single, standardized process model.
- Systems & Technology: Drive the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation, and other logistics technologies.
- Collaboration: Work with regional logistics teams, finance, and IT to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
- Performance Management: Define, measure, and analyze KPIs to monitor warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
