Customs Operations Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customs operations in Manila. As a global leader in integrated logistics, we offer a challenging and rewarding career where everyone's contribution is valued and rewarded.

This role requires a strong background in customs operations, with experience in managing teams and ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating client service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion of import and export declarations, and managing financial activities related to customs house brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service & Execution: Coordinate and ensure client service delivery, focusing on compliance with local customs regulations through personal execution or team delegation.
  • Import & Export Declarations: Ensure timely and accurate completion of Import & Export declarations, Customs clearance, and other trade compliance concerns, including E-TRACC.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial activities related to customs house brokerage (CHB).
  • Candidate Selection, Development, and Performance Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a license as a customs broker, 7-10 years of relevant work experience, and excellent stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills.
