Job Opportunity:

The Sprinkler/Plumbing Specialist plays a pivotal role in project estimation by accurately interpreting drawings, conducting takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure accurate costing
  • Input data and prepare detailed proposals using provided templates
  • Maintain timely project submission while ensuring attention to detail
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation
  • Familiarity with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Able to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
