Construction Documentation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Documentation Specialist to support our clients in the construction and architecture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various administrative and technical tasks related to building documentation, permitting, and data management.
This role requires the ability to read and understand architectural, plumbing, and electrical plans, as well as experience with form filling and client data intake. Familiarity with municipal departments is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities:- Filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance
- Inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems
- Interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing tools
