Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts for US clients and driving business growth through strategic sales activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new accounts for US clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to collect client information necessary for job creation.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, respond to leads, and follow up on opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills, with a neutral accent for clear communication with American customers.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.
  • A business mindset with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume outbound calls and CRM systems, such as Kintone or similar platforms.
What We Offer
  • Competitive monthly salary range: Php24,000.00 - Php50,000.00.
