Job Title: HRIS Consultant

The company is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to join its HR Technology Capabilities Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting or implementing Workday, with strong knowledge of the Workday HCM HR module.

Key responsibilities include partnering with HR staff to understand their business needs and challenges, providing technical support and assistance to HR partners for Workday and other global HR applications, configuring Workday application, administering security to Workday and other global HR systems, conducting impact analysis, estimating effort and prioritizing HR technology deliverables with leadership, implementing, configuring and supporting Workday and other HR technology solutions, defining business requirements for and testing internal and external integrations, and preparing project documentation, procedure documentation, training materials related to system or process changes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years previous HRIS Workday support, consulting or implementation experience required.
  • Knowledge of HR programs and HR systems usually acquired through experience is required to design process improvements and provide support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills needed to consult on solutions.
  • Strong technical writing skills necessary to document and configure complex functional requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills needed to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with your team and HR clients.
  • Have a curious personality and passion to learn new technology.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills required to be successful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
