Pre and Post Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a talented Pre and Post Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our sales team and clients.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-sales support to our sales team, including product demonstrations, sizing, and creating bill-of-materials (BOMs).
- As a post-sales engineer, you will implement projects on time by following an agreed-upon scope of work.
- You will provide timely after-sales support to our clients through agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with vendor technical assistance centers (TAC) for hardware and software-related issues.
