Job Opportunity:

As a Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses, playing a vital role in driving interest and scheduling roof inspection appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule roof inspection appointments.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads to ensure appointments meet standards and sales requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for calls, appointments, and lead quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listening skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
