What you'll be doing
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels with clear, efficient communication
• Resolve product or service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• De-escalate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through active listening
• Process returns, exchanges, and order updates accurately and on time
• Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to generate leads and qualify prospects
• Complete customer forms and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability
• Adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse customers
• Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
• Follow up after resolutions to ensure lasting satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
• Must have BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or outbound campaigns.
• Must have a neutral or decent accent, with clear English and good tonality.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
