Our organization prioritizes employee mental health and wellbeing, recognizing its profound impact on productivity and job satisfaction. To address this critical concern, we're seeking an experienced Wellbeing Counselor to join our dedicated team.

The selected candidate will provide confidential support to employees working in challenging content moderation roles. As a qualified clinical professional, you'll conduct sessions using evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT). You'll also assess cases for risk, adhere to strict safety protocols, and escalate complex situations to clinical leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering one-on-one check-ins and counseling sessions addressing psychological health using short-term resilience strategies
  • Leading group and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering positive working relationships
  • Collaborating with site coordinators and regional leads to drive mental health and wellbeing initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee resiliency and minimizing psychological risks in the Content Moderation space
  • Designing and delivering creative sessions such as sound therapies, mindfulness-based activities, and psychometric assessments
  • Managing confidential case records and reports safely, adhering to privacy protocols

We require the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, or a related field
  • Current licensure as a therapist, such as a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Counselor
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience delivering individual and group coaching sessions across the mental health spectrum, with a focus on workplace-related mental health issues
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural counseling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with employees, managers, and team members

Desirable qualifications include experience working in Trust and Safety environments, as well as corporate settings.

This role requires strong data management skills, excellent time management and prioritization abilities, and effective communication skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
