Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients, ensuring seamless alignment with our organizational protocols.
- Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, developing holistic mental health interventions that drive meaningful results.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure streamlined communication and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular wellness check-ins and emergency handling to assess clients' mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to enhance current systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field;
- The ability to work from home during peak periods;
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workspace;
- A background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs is preferred but not required.
