Mental Health Recruiter

Our organization is expanding its mental health service provider network in Asia, and we are seeking a skilled professional to drive this growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and onboarding mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients;
- Assessing clients' needs and matching them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database;
- Maintaining accurate applicant information in our database;
- Responding promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times;
- Distributing provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment;
- Reviewing provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness;
- Upholding strict confidentiality of clients' information;
- Effectively communicating provider information to hiring managers;
- Proactively managing caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition;
- Good English communication skills;
- Experience with recruiting non-local candidates;
- Database management skills;
- Experience working in a growing startup environment;
- Ability to start immediately.
