
Executive Compensation and Compliance Professional

This role reports to the Director of Payroll & Billing and is responsible for day-to-day data entry activities for Payroll & Billing, and serves as a backup to Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Process requests for clients and order setup
- Process and transact normal payroll processing for non-specialized client requests
- Transact entries in third-party billing systems
- Prepare supporting attachments for billing
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic Avionte order and assignment housekeeping
- Monitor and address level 1 work orders
- Research client, customer, and associate escalations
- Confirm and address direct deposit setups
- Support sales operations by providing administrative assistance
- Assist with data efforts for special projects and monitor emails
- Manage employee records and perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic Tutor Me Education employee housekeeping
- Research client, customer, and associate escalations
- Verify and activate employee records
- Monitor and address level 1 work orders
- Conduct internal audits and gaps analysis
- Monitor secondary systems and escalate abnormalities
- Monitor shared mailboxes and route applicable items to proper owner
- Complete technical reviews to ensure systems match intentions
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic system housekeeping
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- University graduate degree
- English fluency required - any knowledge of Spanish is a bonus
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, QuickBooks; capable of learning new software quickly if no prior experience
- 2-4 years of experience ideal
- Access to sufficient computer equipment & internet access at office and at home
- Ability to work beyond normal scheduled hours when necessary and may be subject to callbacks during emergency conditions
