Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative

Overview:

  • This is an opportunity to work with a SaaS company in the real estate industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business and generating leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualifying leads by engaging with them to understand their needs and providing necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
  • Managing CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions with prospects.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets including calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and development to refine techniques and improve results.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in software sales and real estate sales is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach with desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  • Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with phone systems for sales outreach and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a remote team.
