Customer Support Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Support Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in phone-based customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of technical software applications.

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for assistance
  • Document customer interactions and updates in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (accounting or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phone-based customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of technical software applications
