Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365. You will work closely with other team members to ensure speedy resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will also be expected to mentor and guide junior team members, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of our technical documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure and M365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
