We are seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers.

This demanding position requires exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the process, foster a positive applicant experience, and bolster overall operational success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting and following up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications
  • Reviewing and recording application documents
  • Walking drivers through the onboarding process
  • Driving a high conversion rate
  • Proactively addressing any issues and providing solutions
  • Tracking and updating sheets required to see progress in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • A positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times for work
  • A hard work ethic and reliability
