Key Data Governance Specialist

The Key Data Governance Specialist will act as a vital link between data teams, ensuring seamless execution of complex data tasks and effective collaboration. This role involves managing intricate data operations, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process enhancements for accurate data delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and execute intricate data manipulation projects in adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Offer expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits on listing data to uphold accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Review and validate the output of team members through quality assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at improving team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to junior team members by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
Profile Requirements:
  • A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a valuable asset.
