**Job Title:** SAP Administrator**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SAP Administrator. This role will involve supporting the operational stability and continuous improvement of our procurement platforms.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex system issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, resolve production issues, and ensure seamless user experiences across the procurement lifecycle.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement configuration changes and fixes in production environments, conducting thorough testing to validate solutions and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain system health, monitor performance, and ensure user access and permissions are properly managed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality technical support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing improvements, and following through on tasks with minimal supervision.
**Preferred Technical Experience:**

Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and validating configuration changes in enterprise systems would be an asset.
