Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for clients.

This position requires a highly skilled and process-driven individual who can ensure timely and seamless onboarding for clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and stay up-to-date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, track key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Client Success to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
