
Real Estate Operations Coordinator

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our real estate operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Support & Concierge Services:
- Assist with agent onboarding and maintain checklists for new hires.
- Provide timely support to agents and respond promptly to their requests.
- Coordinate the installation and removal of real estate signs.
- Marketing & Design:
- Create and update marketing materials using graphic design software.
- Update agent profiles, headshots, and bios on websites.
- Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns and assist with social media efforts.
- Support agents with custom listing/buyer template updates.
- Real Estate Operations:
- Access MLS to gather property data.
- Conduct research for the Commercial Team (e.g., compile property data).
- Monitor listings and leads on a set schedule and forward them to relevant contacts.
- Maintain organizational checklists.
- Update and organize standard operating procedures to streamline processes.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and workflow management.
- Communicate proactively with leadership and confirm details when needed.
- Support email communication and lead assignment as directed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant in real estate (RE office or brokerage).
- Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and MLS access.
- Strong skills in graphic design and digital media.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM and digital marketing tools.
