As a skilled and experienced Technical Web Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of e-commerce projects from conception to delivery. Your key responsibility will be to manage creative and technical teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

You will have substantial experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.

  • Project Planning: Develop clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee designers and developers working on new projects and ongoing support tasks, guaranteeing optimal functionality and design excellence.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills for client and team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones.
  • Quick thinker with strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills.
