Job Title: E-commerce Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting our online store by ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date, and managing inventory levels to avoid stock issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and experience working with Shopify. They will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product descriptions for clarity and conversion
  • Conduct regular reviews of the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels
  • Respond to customer reviews posted on the website
  • Update visual content as needed
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role
  • Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively
